Q. What are your charms and accessories made of?
A. Our silver charms and chains are made of 925 sterling silver. Some have 14 carat gold plate detailing. Some have painted enamel detailing on them. See Hallmarking details below.
Our gold charms and chains are made of solid yellow 9 carat gold. See Hallmarking details below.
Our glass charms are made of glass and are handmade.
Our bracelets are made of genuine leather cord.
Q. Do your charms fit the Pandora charm bracelet ?
A. Yes, they do! and Lovelinks and other popular European charm bracelets. However, we have one exception! Our silver 'Tower Bridge' charm has a clip on clasp, rather than a bale attachment like our other charms.
In the UK, it is illegal to sell or describe any item as Gold, Silver, Platinum or Palladium unless it is hallmarked. A UK hallmark is struck by an independent assay office and guarantees the precious metal content of the item you are buying. Sellers in contravention of the law may be prosecuted and could face fines or imprisonment. *Silver items under 7.78g are exempt from hallmarking, so some of our charms are not hallmarked. Q. What are your cufflinks made of?
A. Our cufflinks are made from a silver plated base metal and have a strong swivel clasp.
Q. How do I place my order ?
A. To place an order please choose your desired item(s) and add to your shopping basket. Once you are satisfied with your selection, please follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. As soon as you confirm your order and submit the payment, an automated e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.
Q. Can I place an order over the telephone ?
A. Unfortunately at this present time, we cannot take payment over the telephone.
Q. Can I cancel my order ?
A. If you change your mind about your order, please message us asap and if we haven't already posted your order out to you, we will arrange a refund.
*However, should it be for a personalised item and the engraving has already been completed, we will be unable to make a refund.
- Personalisation of charms
We are able to offer personalisation on some of our products but not all of them. Please see Personalised Jewellery for the full range that can be engraved. Adding special dates, names, places and mantras to create a wonderful memento that will be cherished by the recipient. Please note most of our personalised product images show representations of engraving.
Q. Can I have anything engraved on your personalised jewellery?
A. Each personalised product is different in size so they are limited to a specific number of characters. You will see this when you fill in your engraving details on each product. The reason for this is to be able to fit the engraving comfortably onto the product.

Q. What are your payment methods?
A. All payments are taken through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to do this, as all major cards are accepted.
If for any reason you experience a problem whilst trying to pay, please message us here and we will email an invoice to you instead.
Q. How long does delivery take ?
A. We will strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If the items ordered are in stock we will have your order posted out to you within 24 hours.
If your order is required urgently, please enquire here first as to stock availability.
Q. What are my delivery options ?
A. Our Standard Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE. (Standard Delivery = Second Class Royal Mail)

Q. Where do you deliver to ?
A. We deliver worldwide. If you are placing an order for delivery outside of the UK, please contact us beforehand to confirm our shipping rates.
Q. How can I track my order ?
A. If you have chosen to pay for guaranteed delivery, we will send you the tracking details.
Q. Can my delivery address be different to my billing address ?
A. Yes. Please ensure you have entered the correct address in the delivery section.
Q. How will my order be packaged ?
A. Our silver and gold necklaces are lovingly packaged in a beautiful gift box tied with ribbon. All other items are presented in a satin draw string bag.
To make it truly special, for just a small extra charge, you can of course opt to have any of your chosen items gift wrapped in our beautiful gift box. We use a sustainable Eco-friendly gift box and the ribbon adds a special touch. You can also choose to include a personal message card too if you wish - free of charge!
Q. How can I make a return ?
A. Please return within 14 days, the item must be as new. Please note that personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Neither can sale items or gift cards. Please message us here to arrange a return.
Q. What is your warranty Policy?
A. Our charms and accessories are of the highest quality. We personally design each item and they are produced for us by our highly skilled and experienced jewellers. Wherever possible, the charms are handmade. Some of our more intricate designs are machine made to enable the detail required on each charm to be perfect. We have 100% guarantee on all of our silver products. Our leather items are guaranteed for six months, providing the care instructions listed below are adhered to.
Q. My jewellery is faulty what do I do?

Q. Can I purchase a Charming Rewards gift voucher/card ?
A. Yes you can. We do a gift card with various denominations. See here for details.
Q. How do I redeem my gift card ?
A. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. They can be printed off should you wish. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
- Jewellery Care Instructions
Q. How do I care for my jewellery ?
A. All silver will tarnish over time, especially when in contact with potentially harmful products like, perfume, body lotions, soaps, hairspray and cleaning products. A simple rub with a silver polishing cloth will have your Charming Rewards all shiny again. We recommend you store your jewellery in an airtight bag to prevent oxidization, and ideally in a jewellery box. We also recommend that you avoid wear your jewellery whilst swimming, showering or bathing.
Leather must not be exposed to water. If a leather bracelet is worn in the shower or whilst swimming this will age the leather prematurely. Leather will also naturally wear over time like most natural products. Keep your leather clean simply with a soft dry cloth.
Glass charms should be treated gently and cleaned regularly with warm soapy water to keep them looking their best.
